Making digital experiences work harder
Improving landing pages and lead-generation paths by looking at what visitors do, where they drop off, and what can change.
The challenge
Visitors reaching a campaign or inquiry page still need clear information and an easy path to act. Confusing navigation, forms or content can create friction before someone submits an inquiry.
The approach
Use landing-page performance, visitor behavior and funnel analysis to identify likely drop-off points. Prioritize improvements that make the next step easier to understand and measure.
What I did
At Kangaroo Education Foundation, I managed website updates, landing pages and digital lead-generation activity. I reviewed funnels and website behavior to identify friction, and applied conversion-rate optimization methods to improve page clarity and lead-form completion.
The result
My résumé documents improvements in landing-page performance and lead-form completion, but it does not provide a verified conversion rate or before-and-after inquiry count. I will add a numerical result only when a report or approved source is available.
What supports the result.
What I learned
More traffic does not guarantee more inquiries. Visitor experience, page clarity and reliable measurement are essential parts of performance marketing.
